Here are three easy steps to better wellbeing at work with teams:

  1. Create one or more teams in-app and encourage people to join these teams. Anyone can create teams, and they can be aimed for enthusiasts of a certain sport, for example, or the entire staff.
     

  2. Set wellbeing goals for the teams. Remember, however, that not everyone starts at the same level, so the goals must be encouraging for everyone.
     

  3. Reward members for achieving goals in a way that suits the culture of your work community.

  • No. The app is intended to help individuals improve their own wellbeing. It is, however, possible to see some information about other users in-app if you are a team member or have accepted a request to be a training buddy.

  • There are many ways to do this, and it's worth googling them. Good options include short break workouts and walking meetings in the fresh air. Also, if your workplace has a gym, for example, you should offer opportunities to use it also during the workday, if possible.

  • Creating a team is easy in the app section: Share  ->  My Community  ->  Teams  ->  Create Team. Remember that the best practice for creating teams is to let the most enthusiastic people take the initiative.

  • Unfortunately, there is no straightforward answer to this. It depends entirely on the team’s individuals. However, it’s not something to stress about, but if you’re really unsure, we’re happy to help you develop goals that are right for your work community.
